One-on-One Personal Training Services
In person one-on-one is available for those in the Bay Area. Personal training sessions are thirty minutes. We all live busy lives. Therefore, I incorporate cardio and strength training in each session with minimal rest so we can get you in and out in a timely manner without sacrificing a good workout!
Workouts will be customized for each individual. They will be structured specifically for the goals you want to achieve and the realistic time frame in which you wish to achieve them.
