We all have different needs and goals. My plans are customized to fit your goals and time frame and are cost effective.
The best diet is one that is sustainable. This means not depriving ourselves of the things we crave. I like to follow a "flexible dieting" lifestyle and I encourage my clients to do the same. This means that nothing is off limits. Together, we will set weekly macronutrient goals. Anything is allowed within your "diet" as long as the macronutrient goals are reached each day.
Before we get started, you will receive a few questionnaires to fill out via email. Once returned to me, I will get your plan to you within the week so you can start your healthy eating lifestyle as soon as possible!
